About Savannah


Savannah Burton is a Canadian Trans actress originally from Corner Brook, Newfoundland and Labrador. Her most recent film THE KISS has been accepted into 15 film festivals and recently won Best International Short Film at the Los Angeles Brazilian Film Festival.  A full member of ACTRA, where she is an active member of the Diversity committee as well as the Toronto ACTRA Women's committee. She has appeared in two major network shows BEAUTY AND THE BEAST on the CW and KILLJOYS on Syfy in the United States and on the SPACE channel in Canada. She has been featured nationally and internationally in Shape Magazine, The Toronto Star, and had pictorials in Toronto Life Magazine and Compete Magazine. Savannah completed a Marketing Management program at Ryerson University in Toronto. An accomplished athlete who is a member of the 2015 Canadian National Women's Dodgeball team. She is the first out Trans athlete in Canadian history to compete in team sports internationally. She once again represented Canada as part of Team Maple Leaf competing at the 2017 WDBF World Dodgeball Championships held at the prestigious Markham Pan Am Center.

Savannah appears on Killjoys season 2 premiere "Dutch and the Real Girl" as the Itchy Woman. The Itchy Woman is a criminal employed at Eulogy, an outlaw barter town on Westerley. She works with Toad to maintain security at the main entrance to the casino and moving the stolen goods brought for trade to secure storage.
